MAKE BEN FAIR

So Saturday was my birthday, and I turned 27 years old. I am getting old. Jamie pointed out to me sat. night at the wedding we went to.. that I had some gray hairs. What a Birthday, I slept in... got up and watched Baylor beat Colorado in football. Ok, yes this is correct.. BAYLOR BEAT COLORADO in FOOTBALL I know it is hard to believe but it happened. After the game Jamie and I went to campus to play some tennis. We played for about an hour and decided to take a water break. We headed over towards the SUB and looked down the street and there was this huge crowd. It was a bunch of Baylor students carrying the goal post down the street. The final destination was Pres. Sloan's front yard. Our timing was amazing, it was like a movie scene except too perfect.

I want to share with you that turning 27 for me hasn't been that bad. last year was painful. 25 was a great year, your insurance goes down, you can rent cars. But 26, you are in the beginning of the end of your 20's. So I thought 27 would be equally painful, however I have been pleasantly surprised to find out that things are great. I stood on the scale and weigh 10lbs less than last year, I have a few gray hairs but I think I am in pretty good shape for not exercising that much. I still like to have fun and stay out late. I guess hanging around all these college kids really helps me stay young.

Music for the Day the music for the day would have to still be Damien Rice. His cd is called "O" get it! Good luck to my father who will be test driving the greatest car Honda has ever invented tomorrow. I can't wait to hear all about it. If you don't know what car I am referring, well it is none other than the Honda Element!!!!! Enjoy Dad! cheers
